You are invited to a live Scratch coding workshop with DIY.org for kids age 8 and up!
** Saturday, August 27th at 9 am Pacific, 11 am Central **
Don’t forget to set up your Scratch account before the workshop starts at scratch.mit.edu.
Hi everyone! I know you have been wondering where I have been. I spent some time creating a really fun pizzeria game and a whole course to show you how to make the game over on DIY.org. It is completely free for you to take my course and learn to code the pizzeria game on the DIY app.
Check out the video for a special invitation to a live Scratch coding workshop with me this Saturday at 11 am Central Time hosted on zoom by DIY.org. During the workshop, we will code a new game together, you can ask me questions, and I can take a look at what you made.
If you like sharing your progress with me, talk to your parents about signing up for DIY+. On DIY+, not only can you take my course and others, you can share your projects with me for feedback, right in the DIY app. If they use my code, LEMONERDY*, at checkout, you will get a free trial AND 50% off of your subscription!
*Disclosure: This is an affiliate code and when parents sign up, they receive a discount and I receive compensation.
I hope that you will join me on Saturday, August 27 at 9 am Pacific, 11 am, Central.
Make sure you have created your account on scratch.mit.edu before the workshop starts.
DIY.org is COPPA compliant and KidSafe certified.
Can’t wait to code with you! See you Saturday!
