THE MAC ‘N’ CHEESE CHALLENGE: My brothers and I have never had these types of mac ‘n’ cheese, and we are taste testing them ALL AT THE SAME TIME to see if they are as good as my homemade macaroni pie.

Here’s what goes in my macaroni pie recipe (I don’t really measure, so add things until you think it looks like mine):

2.5 cups mild cheddar

1 cup sharp cheddar

1 cup extra sharp cheddar

1.5 cups milk

2 eggs

3 tbsp butter

salt and pepper to taste .
